Vitamins and minerals are so vital to good nutrition. I know I don't always eat the best so I would take multi-vitamin supplements. The only thing is, soon after taking them I would find the dark yellow / orange pee in the toilet so I knew they weren't doing any good (and besides, my liver and kidneys were having to flush all this junk out!)
