I had to have a sinus surgery last year and recently have been really stuffed up not able to breath out of my nose or blow my nose properly. I've been using the sinus and mucus formula together and it is breaking down all the mucus that was clogged up in my nostril clearing my nasal cavity completly! I've had better luck with these supplements than prescriptions given to me from my ENT doctor. *
