Sinus Formula is a plant-based herbal supplement formulated to support healthy sinuses, clear nasal passages, and normal respiratory comfort.* Featuring black pepper, mullein, elderberry, pippali, kalmegh, fenugreek, horseradish, ginger, and anise, this botanical blend provides daily support for the sinuses and related mucous membranes.*

Supporting healthy sinus function

Healthy sinuses contribute to comfortable breathing and normal respiratory function. Sinus Formula combines a diverse selection of botanicals traditionally associated with sinus and respiratory wellness to help maintain clear nasal passages and support comfortable sinus tissues.*

Everyday botanical sinus support

Environmental particles, seasonal changes, dry air, and other everyday factors can influence how comfortable the nasal passages feel. A comprehensive sinus wellness routine can combine healthy lifestyle habits with botanical support designed around normal respiratory function.

Understanding your sinuses

The sinuses are air-filled spaces located within bones surrounding the nose, eyes, cheeks, and forehead. They connect with the nasal cavity and are lined with mucous membranes that perform important functions within the upper respiratory system.

More than empty spaces

The sinus cavities contribute to the normal production and movement of mucus while their lining helps interact with particles entering through the nose. Maintaining healthy mucous membranes is therefore an important component of overall sinus wellness.

The role of mucus

Mucus is a normal substance produced by tissues throughout the respiratory system. Although it is commonly discussed only when someone feels congested, mucus serves useful protective functions.

Supporting normal mucus balance

Healthy mucus helps trap particles and keeps respiratory surfaces from becoming excessively dry. The goal shouldn't be to eliminate mucus completely, but rather to support the body's normal production and clearance processes.

Supporting clear nasal passages

Comfortable nasal breathing depends on multiple factors, including healthy tissues, normal mucus consistency, environmental conditions, and the absence of significant obstruction.

Clear breathing as part of respiratory wellness

Sinus Formula contains botanicals traditionally associated with respiratory comfort and clear breathing.*

A multi-herb sinus formula

The current official ingredient list contains nine botanicals: black pepper fruit, mullein leaf, elderberry fruit, pippali fruit, kalmegh leaf, fenugreek seed, horseradish root, ginger root, and anise seed.

Botanical diversity in every serving

The formula combines fruits, leaves, seeds, and roots with very different phytochemical profiles. This creates a broader botanical approach than relying on a single herb for sinus wellness.

Mullein and respiratory wellness

Mullein is a traditional respiratory botanical recognizable by its soft leaves and tall flowering stalk. It has a long history of herbal use involving the respiratory tract.

Traditional support for respiratory comfort

Mullein is commonly incorporated into herbal preparations designed around comfortable breathing and healthy respiratory tissues. Its inclusion gives Sinus Formula a recognizable respiratory-focused botanical.

Elderberry and immune wellness

Elderberries are dark purple fruits naturally rich in anthocyanins and other polyphenols. They have become widely recognized in supplements and foods associated with seasonal immune wellness.

Connecting immune and respiratory wellness

The respiratory system is continually exposed to the outside environment. Supporting normal immune function therefore forms part of a comprehensive approach to maintaining respiratory wellness.

Horseradish and sinus-focused herbal tradition

Horseradish is known for the powerful sensation produced when its fresh root is cut or grated. This characteristic comes from pungent sulfur-containing plant compounds.

A distinctive pungent botanical

Anyone who has eaten fresh horseradish knows how quickly its aromatic compounds can be perceived through the nose. This distinctive botanical character makes horseradish particularly relevant to traditional sinus-oriented herbal formulations.

Ginger and respiratory comfort

Ginger is a familiar culinary ingredient with an extensive history of traditional botanical use. Its characteristic pungency is associated primarily with gingerols and related compounds.

A warming botanical ingredient

Ginger adds a warming botanical element to Sinus Formula while providing a different phytochemical profile from the leaves, berries, and seeds elsewhere in the blend.

Black pepper and piperine

Black pepper is one of the world's most familiar culinary spices, but the fruit also contains naturally occurring compounds of interest in botanical preparations.

The compound behind black pepper's pungency

Piperine is the primary alkaloid responsible for much of black pepper's characteristic pungent flavor. Black pepper contributes another warming component to the formula.

Pippali and traditional respiratory use

Pippali, commonly called long pepper, is a fruit traditionally used in Ayurvedic herbal practices. Although related botanically to black pepper, it has its own history and characteristic phytochemical profile.

A traditional warming herb

Pippali has traditionally appeared in preparations involving digestion and respiratory wellness. Its inclusion adds an Ayurvedic dimension to the Sinus Formula blend.

Kalmegh and botanical wellness

Kalmegh, also known as Andrographis paniculata, is an intensely bitter herb traditionally used in Asian herbal systems.

Naturally occurring andrographolides

Kalmegh contains characteristic compounds known as andrographolides. These compounds distinguish it chemically from the pungent spices and aromatic seeds elsewhere in Sinus Formula.

Fenugreek and traditional respiratory preparations

Fenugreek is a legume whose seeds have been used as both food and traditional herbal material for centuries. The seeds contain fiber, saponins, flavonoids, and other naturally occurring compounds.

A seed with a different botanical profile

Fenugreek contributes mucilage and other constituents that differ substantially from the pungent compounds supplied by ingredients such as horseradish and pepper.

Anise and aromatic respiratory wellness

Anise seed has a naturally sweet, licorice-like aroma primarily associated with the compound anethole. It has a long history in culinary and traditional herbal preparations.

An aromatic finish to the formula

Anise gives the blend another category of aromatic phytochemicals and has traditionally been included in herbal preparations associated with comfortable breathing and digestion.

Sinus health and hydration

Adequate hydration supports numerous normal physiological functions and helps maintain moisture throughout the body, including respiratory tissues.

Fluids and mucus consistency

Water and other appropriate fluids contribute to normal hydration. Maintaining sufficient fluid intake can be particularly relevant when environmental conditions are hot or dry.

Sinus health and indoor air

Air quality can affect nasal and respiratory comfort. Dust, smoke, fragrances, low humidity, and airborne particles can all influence the environment in which nasal tissues function.

Pay attention to your surroundings

Keeping indoor areas clean, reducing exposure to smoke, and maintaining appropriate humidity can complement a sinus-focused wellness routine without requiring additional supplements.

Sinus wellness during seasonal changes

Changes in weather and environmental conditions can coincide with changes in nasal comfort for many people. Pollen and other airborne materials can also vary substantially throughout the year.

Build seasonal habits

People who notice predictable seasonal patterns may benefit from paying closer attention to hydration, indoor air quality, outdoor exposure, and other environmental factors during those periods.

Sinus health and sleep

Comfortable breathing contributes to restful sleep, while adequate sleep supports numerous aspects of normal immune and physiological function.

Create a comfortable sleeping environment

Keeping the bedroom clean, addressing excessively dry air, and limiting smoke and other respiratory irritants can support a more comfortable nighttime environment.

Sinus Formula as part of respiratory wellness

No supplement should be expected to replace the basic habits that support respiratory health. Hydration, adequate sleep, nutritious foods, physical activity, and reducing exposure to tobacco smoke and other irritants remain important.

A complementary approach

Sinus Formula is best positioned as botanical support within a larger sinus and respiratory wellness routine rather than as a replacement for healthy habits or appropriate medical care.*

I don't know how this sinus supplement works, but, it works. I buy this product on subscription for my wife who has dealt with sinus issues all her life. The key is that she has to consistently take the sinus formula daily to notice a difference. When she is consistent, she notices a big difference in her symptoms; we love that it's natural. She doesn't like taking pills, therefore, she empties the contents of each capsule into apple sauce and eats it quickly. It's worth the taste to take the herbs even by this method! We will continue to purchase it as it cuts down on the over-the-counter meds that she has to take indeed. *
