This is a pretty good sinus supplement. I've been using it for over a year, I found that it is more effective when combined with the Mucus Formula. Not knowing what you are actually allergic to can make things a little difficult. However, this formula helps to lessen my allergy symptoms. *

Sinus Formula works very well. Opens my sinuses within a few minutes. I just wish it lasted longer. Sometimes I need 3 capsules in the morning and 3 more in the evening. *
