Well…I want to be completely honest I wasn’t as consistent as I could have been but….*drum roll please*….. I have not smoked in 2 months!!! After struggling for EVERYDAY SEVEN YEARS I am smoke free! I’ve also completed the Dherbs Respiratory Cleanse and I feel better than I have in years! *
