The product works, but the weight loss does not occur until after you complete the 20 day regimen. I think to achieve my personal goal, I would probably have to do it again. The product it self is great. The only thing is if your not a Vegan or wish to become one the weight comes right back. I lost more inches than weight. Which was great. Because I followed the diet very well. But once done, I continued my veggie an fruits. I eat very little white foods. I don't eat after 7, I don't drink sugar, I don't use sugar added to anything I eat. But the weight is slowly creeping back. I do exercise 3 days a week. One must be ready for that Vegan lifestyle change. To get the best result. *

Like the product but had to stop after 1 week. In the bathroom too much and had to go to work. But great for cleansing. Wish I could do entire time for weight loss. Any suggestions? *
