The product it self is great. The only thing is if your not a Vegan or wish to become one the weight comes right back. I lost more inches than weight. Which was great. Because I followed the diet very well. But once done, I continued my veggie an fruits. I eat very little white foods. I don't eat after 7, I don't drink sugar, I don't use sugar added to anything I eat. But the weight is slowly creeping back. I do exercise 3 days a week. One must be ready for that Vegan lifestyle change. To get the best result. *

Like the product but had to stop after 1 week. In the bathroom too much and had to go to work. But great for cleansing. Wish I could do entire time for weight loss. Any suggestions? *

I was very excited to try this regimen. My goal was to detox (which I try to do 2-3 times a year) while losing some added pounds. This Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen is ok I dropped 9 pounds off me could have been more but I continued to lift weights on the days I could meaning this product had me going three to four times a day. I LOVE Dherbs!!!!!! I purchased the Full body cleanse a couple times and recently bought the weight release regimen and was also very pleased with the results. I lost 10 pounds and will definitely buy the WR again. I just wish there were less pills to take. *

I believe that this product works however this particular cleanse gave me painful stomach cramps and diarrhea. I had previously done the Full Body Cleanse and had none of those effects so I will stick to that one. This one does not come with Charcoal and I'm wondering if that may have been the reason! *

The Weight Release Cleanse is one of the best cleanses I have ever used. Now, I can say initially taking all the pills can feel a bit overwhelming. But I set the timer on my phone as a reminder. Its important to not get bored with the foods you are allowed to eat. Dherbs has plenty of recipes make sure you take advantage of them. Also, its important to get your water in that makes a big difference also. I will definitely do the cleanse again. *
