I was able to release 14lbs without any changes to my lifestyle. I am able to keep it off by continuing to eat right and being a bit more active. Doing this cleanse was the start to a new me that I look forward to continue being for the rest of my life. If you have a big event or just want to become a better you, I would recommend this cleanse. It is easy to complete as well as the schedule works extremely well along with a busy schedule like mine. As an educator, I thought that it would be difficult to stick to the schedule but I was able to do so with no conflicts and remained on track the entire time. So if you are like me, or you are free as a bird, doing this cleanse will be the best decision you will ever make to jumpstart your new you. *

Over the years, I have known this Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen to be exceptionally powerful and thorough. I am always at a place when the cleanse is completed that is both refreshing and “truly” cleansing. This product worked very well for me. I like the fact that it came with a booklet that was very informative. I love that it started with the explanation of why the word release is used instead of loss. I also love the fact that the kit was very well rounded including essential oils for the bath and an inhaler. That was very impressive.I am considering doing it again to help get past the plateau that I am experiencing. I definitely highly recommend it if you are looking to kickstart or reinvigorate a weight loss journey. *

I LOVE the weight release regimen. I used this product right after a full body cleanse and released nearly 30 pounds. I felt great. Although it is harder to eat an "only raw foods" diet in the winter, I would recommend this product anytime. *

When I tell you it works, IT WORKS!! I went from 315 to 290 using this program. I was so happy with my weight loss. I am trying my best to keep it off. I would definitely recommend this program but you have to be disciplined. Adding this to my cart again. Its a must to help get that winter weight off and keep it off. *
