I did the "Full Body Cleanse" and LOVED IT!! I felt awesome after that cleanse so I thought I would try the "Weight Release Cleanse". I didn't experience any great benefits on the Weight Release Cleanse. I felt that for me it was just "ok". No real weight loss, etc. Every person's body is different, it didn't work for me but it may work for you. *

I did exactly as I have done before with other cleanses that I ordered from Dherbs. I ate the raw foods as i was instructed to and this time I added more exercising. I lost around 10 pounds on this one and noticed I lost more weight on the full body cleanses that I had used in the past. My thought with this one was I thought I would lose more weight with this one rather than the full body cleanse. With the full body cleanse I would gain all the weight back within the month. I am going to rethink my weight loss plans for the future. *

The herbs are great for cleansing your system. I regularly used the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day instead of just once. I do feel like it does not help you to lose the weight it says. It says that you will lose 10 to 15 lbs. After about 2 weeks of using the herbs and following the diet (90%), I lost .5 lb. That was disheartening. This was my second time using the weight cleanse. My first time, I used them to simply ween myself off meat products and didn't follow the diet. I actually lost more weight doing that. I was eating processed fake meat products. Even without the weight loss, I still liked the regular elimination. Also, trying to follow the raw food diet helped me to regularly put vegetables into my regular routine again. *
