Very good regimen. The challenge for me was taking the supplements on time. The tea has an unpleasant aftertaste for me, otherwise I think it’s a great product & I look forward to doing it again. I have to save up bc it can get pricey, unless u catch a sale/promo. *

I tried to stay as close to the regiment as possible but I didn’t loose as much as I would have liked to. It was really boring eating raw foods this time. I don’t have time to follow making all the different recipes and the salads were just tiring after a while. I’ll still probably do it again in a few months but I really would prefer something different and enjoyable. *

I recently purchased the weight loss release cleanse and included 9.5 Alkaline water as a part of my regimen. Not only did I have an abundance of energy, but my cravings were curbed as well. I did however eat some cooked vegetables periodically & still was able to lose over 12 pounds in 20 days. I have continued my healthy and clean way of living. Thanks Dherbs! *

I would recommend the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen to anyone wishing to get a jump start on their weight release goals. This product helps you to gain more of an appetite for the right foods. I surprisingly felt energized and for the most part did not feel hungry or have bad cravings for the wrong foods. The only downfall I'd say about this product is the amount of diuretics which I had to take less of to decrease harsh bowel movements. *

The Weight Release Cleanse is one of the best cleanses I have ever used. Now, I can say initially taking all the pills can feel a bit overwhelming. But I set the timer on my phone as a reminder. Its important to not get bored with the foods you are allowed to eat. Dherbs has plenty of recipes make sure you take advantage of them. Also, its important to get your water in that makes a big difference also. I will definitely do the cleanse again. *

While on the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen, going to sleep became really peaceful, and waking felt like I had slept for a long time. The product gave me a state of calm. I also lost 10 pounds. Im sure I could have lost more but I did eat a couple of thing outside of the manual. I will use this one again soon. While it has taken some time to start and finish the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen but it was well worth it. I am lighter now and I continue to eat healthy so I will stay this way. Thanks again for another wonderful product. *
