I am enjoying the experience. I thought the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was going to be hard but it is easy. I had energy which motivated to go back to kickboxing. I did the 20 day weight lose cleanse lost 15lbs. Now I am doing the maintenance back to regular food BUT I am making better choices. I am still losing weight. I plan to do another 20 days next week. The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen continued my release process with an additional 2 lbs. weight loss. This Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen is ok I dropped 9 pounds off me could have been more but I continued to lift weights on the days I could meaning this product had me going three to four times a day.
