It was a challenge in the beginning, but felt really good after a couple days. Once I got the times and routine of taking 35 pills a day it was good. I lost about 10 pounds and felt great. I think the weight release cleanse works well. It has too many pills to take but if you stick to it it will work. I lost 28 pounds. *
