The product works, but the weight loss does not occur until after you complete the 20 day regimen. I think to achieve my personal goal, I would probably have to do it again. I did have some noticeable weight loss though. When others noticed and when I was wearing a pair of jeans the appeared a bit bigger than usual. *

I used the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen after completing a Full Body Cleanse. These products worked well, curbed hunger and kept my energy levels up. I did not incorporate exercise into this program, and I should have, as I only lost 7lbs. I do recommend these products and advise following the plan closely for maximum results. *

The product it self is great. The only thing is if your not a Vegan or wish to become one the weight comes right back. I lost more inches than weight. Which was great. Because I followed the diet very well. But once done, I continued my veggie an fruits. I eat very little white foods. I don't eat after 7, I don't drink sugar, I don't use sugar added to anything I eat. But the weight is slowly creeping back. I do exercise 3 days a week. One must be ready for that Vegan lifestyle change. To get the best result. *

It was a challenge in the beginning, but felt really good after a couple days. Once I got the times and routine of taking 35 pills a day it was good. I lost about 10 pounds and felt great. I have recommended to a few people and I just ordered the maintenance package. I am now in the routine of eating healthy and have no desire for sugar products which is amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on how healthy I look and my skin is glowing. *
