I have always had problems with my bowels. The Bowel Motion formula and tea really keep me regular. I can always feel the difference when I forget to take them or I run out. The tea is just a little more to boost the pills to work a little extra. I take them every night plus I drink the tea also. Bowel Motion: Definitely works. Helped with bloating; I take it around 7:00pm at night. Once morning hits, you'll be on the toilet, I promise you. I Couldn't be happier with the product.
