The best way to ground yourself is with the use of crystals (i.e. Hematite, Black Tourmaline, Onyx, Black Obsidian, Jet, etc.). Lie down and lay these stones over your seven major chakra centers. You should also lay these stones around your body making a grid. Lie down (balancing your chakras) for a good 30-45 minutes. The grid should also be comprised of black and/or brown stones or any stones ideal for grounding. You can also use visualization as well to ground yourself. Sit in a chair. Imagine a root coming out of your Root Chakra and penetrating the ground underneath you. Imagine the root going deep into the Earth, deeper and deeper, grounding you firmly to the Earth.
