I am doing the Full Body Cleanse and want to know if olives are o.k. to eat. If so, what types of olives should I buy? I am only familiar with the ones in the can or jar. I figure the can ones are a no, no. I found some in a jar that are naturally cured. The only extra ingredients are sea salt and citric acid. Is this o.k.?

Olives are OKAY to eat as long as you don't eat too much of them. The best are Kalamata Olives from Whole Foods.
