I am prone to yeast infections, from mild to heavy, even sex... My doctor said that before and after periods, my immune system gets a little off balance and that's how I get them....How do I stop them? Also, since I was a kid, I've always had a horrific gas problem, pains get so intense that I'm on the floor in tears...it never goes away no matter what I eat....any cure out there?
