I'm very interested in your Full Body Cleanse programs, but I'm confused, as to what program would be best for me. I have a lot of trouble with taking herbs in pill or capsule form. It's either extremely hard for me to get them down, or they just pop right back up. I was interested in the Full Body Cleanse in the capsule form, after reading the description on your site, but I don't know if I should buy it in Children's Detox & just take more than the recommended dose (I'm 27 yrs. old), or should I buy the Full Body Cleanse Tea? Is the tea the same as the capsules? Is it as effective as the capsules? When doing the cleanse can you eat steamed veggies? Will I see gallstones in my poop? How many capsules, how often? Can I open the capsules, & put them in tea? Do you have any advice on vitamins, whole food supplements?

We offer a liquid alternative Full Body Liquid Cleanse for those that have trouble swallowing capsules. You may also order the regular Full Body Cleanse and open adn empty the content of the capsules into water or fresh fruit juice. During the cleanse, we recommend an all RAW FOODS diet.
