I noticed about a year ago while showering that there was clump protruding from my vagina. I visited the Dr and was told the walls are weak. I was given a pessary and told to do kegels. Is this happening because I had surgery removing my uterus? Is the absence of the organ is causing a lack of support in that area? Is there anything I can do to change the condition without surgery?

I recommend use of mental science (see our "The Mental Science Manual" e-book), perform Kegels exercises, as well as anti-gravity exercises (legs up higher than the head so blood flow can rush down to the head), etc.
