I am in my early 30's and have not been able to cycle for the last 6 years. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, PCOS, and POF (premature ovarian failure). What is the alternative to not becoming a vegetarian? I still like chicken, fish, and some seafoods. Can I still heal eating those and significantly cutting back on dairy (maybe once a week)?

I've been listening to you on Warren and Rev Al's show and I trust them that they both trust you. I have had recurrent ankle trauma (refrigerated grate fell on it, then a computer and then ankle twist).
