What types of grains are allowed with the raw foods diet during the Full Body Cleanse? Are whole grain breads and cereal bars OK? Please clarify. Also, should I stop taking my birth control pill while on the detox? I hear it will cancel out anyway?

In reference to grains, only sprouted grains. No cereal and creal bars! Of course stop taking your birth control pill because the Full Body Cleanse targets all toxins and poisons and man-made/pharmaceutical birth control pills are toxic and poisonous. It will most certainly cancel out.
