Female Hormonal has helped me naturally combat hot flashes without the worry of side effects. It does take about 2 weeks to fully get in your system. 3 capsules are taken daily. I wish 2 capsules were enough. I tried that but the symptoms quickly returned. But overall the product does what it says it will do. *
