The Calming Inhaler is great for anxiety. I sometimes wake up with anxiety at night because of a reaction I had to medication. I get anxiety if I feel certain interaction from medication or the medication is trying to force me to sleep. Within a few minutes of taking two deep sniffs in both nostrils. The anxiety is gone and i feel normal again. Highly recommended if you deal with any anxiety. I will purchase another one. *

I absolutely recommend this product for anyone who finds themselves having days with hectic workloads or schedules. Im ususlly in favor of fixing a nice hot cup of chamomile tea when in need of elaxing or calming down during intense moments.
