The Calming Inhaler has helped me immensely day to day. Life has been challenging and to be able to resort to natural remedies is always my goto. The Calming Inhaler is great for anxiety. I sometimes wake up with anxiety at night because of a reaction I had to medication. I get anxiety if I feel certain interaction from medication or the medication is trying to force me to sleep. Within a few minutes of taking two deep sniffs in both nostrils. The anxiety is gone and i feel normal again. Highly recommended if you deal with any anxiety. I will purchase another one. *
