The Calming Inhaler is great for anxiety. I sometimes wake up with anxiety at night because of a reaction I had to medication. I get anxiety if I feel certain interaction from medication or the medication is trying to force me to sleep. Within a few minutes of taking two deep sniffs in both nostrils.
