I have had joint issues for many years of my life. Also i have taken the gambit of products looking for relief. To date Joint Aid is the best product for my joints, mostly the knees. Joint Aid definitely works. I had trigger finger to my right thumb which was very painful. This cured it. I take it daily. I think I would do even better if my diet was anti-inflammatory. *
