Multi-Vitamins and Minerals are a great source of organic bio-electric vitamins and minerals as opposed to the products that I have used in the past. What I learned from Dherbs is that any time you see a word after the the mineral for example Calcium Carbonate, the source of the mineral is inorganic. I highly recommend these herbal multivitamins for anyone looking for a natural source of vitamins and minerals. *

Vitamins and minerals are so vital to good nutrition. I know I don't always eat the best so I would take multi-vitamin supplements. The only thing is, soon after taking them I would find the dark yellow / orange pee in the toilet so I knew they weren't doing any good (and besides, my liver and kidneys were having to flush all this junk out!) I like the taste of The Multivitamin Tea, even it may have bitterness to the taste but with some lemon and honey you don't even taste the bitterness and I love how I can feel the tea working! I would buy again and recommend it to others.. *
