I've never wrote a review for anything. I actually thought they were company generated. So you can believe this review. I'll keep it short I take Opiods for chronic pain and have been for many years for back pain and have had over 15 spine surgeries. As you may know the medication will have you constipated and going to bathroom was like birthing a baby and I'm a male. I dreaded going to the bathroom. Upon being introduced to Bowel motion from a friend the labor experience by just trying to use the bathroom has ceased. I started with two a day then quickly went to 1 a day. No more constipation and a pleasant experience now going to bathroom. Ps... no side effects and respect to all mothers *

Honestly, it was a lot of pills to get used to taking. It was hard to work throughout the day due to using the restroom frequently. Overall, I am pleased with the results. I love the outcome of losing 14 pounds in 20 days. The price is on the expensive end, but it is worth it. *
