I love the female cleanse! This women's detox really helps the reproductive system. Last year I found out a cyst on my ovary that caused a lot of pain. I didn’t want to do surgery so I did the female cleanse. While on the cleanse the cyst ruptured on its own - no pain or anything - but I noticed while on my cycle I had lots of clots. So when I went in for a follow up, that’s when my Obgyn told me the cyst ruptured in that it was passing through my cycle. I had an ultrasound done. NOTHING. No pain!!!!!! The biggest thing is structure, dedication and meal planning. The Full Body Cleanse is a great product and I’ve completed the 20 day twice. I lost 23lbs the first and 19lbs the second time. I will say I worked out 3-4 times a week as well. It was a very noticeable weight loss. Meal prep and searching for recipes should be done prior to starting this process as it will make things so much smoother and less likely to eat some of the same things over and over which I can see how some people fail to meet the goal they wanted.
