I was diabetic at the time I started the Full Body Cleanse. After completing the 20 day cleanse, I am now in the prediabetic range to where I do not have to take medication. I had so much energy after being on the cleanse for several days. After a week, I had no more sugar cravings. The cleanse also put me on the right path to my weight loss journey. During the cleanse, I stop taking all diabetic medications. I saw my physician a week after completing the cleanse, and she was amazed that my A1C dropped within a short amount of time. She had the intent of doubling the diabetic medication, but now I am free of medication. I continue to eat a healthy diet and eat my portions to keep my blood sugar from spiking. Great Product! I started taking the Female Hormonal a few months ago. I feel more balanced, not experiencing to many hot flashes at night nor day. I have tried many of Dherbs products and I have not been disappointed yet. I share information about all the products that I take with family and co-workers. I completed the 10-day Full Body Cleanse after I felt I had a failed attempt at completing the 20-day Full Body Cleanse. I learned how to care for myself on a deeper holistic level. I love that both the 10-day and 20-day cleanses have a booklet as a guide and helpful information to complete the cleanse. It was a learning and wonderful experience. I will do the 20-day Full Body Cleanse a year later and follow up with the maintenance package. I did not experience any food cravings or body odor, and I gained a better sleep routine when taking and after the Full Body Cleanse. It was a challenge in my mind not to eat comfort foods. I loved the fact that you had to eat raw during the Full Body Cleanse. I don’t cook much as I’m 73 and an empty nester. I was in a great place mentally, fixing 3 raw meals a day for myself and two friends from out of state, whom I talked into buying the Cleanse. They never ate a raw diet before and fell in love with the recipes from DHerbs site and other raw cookbooks. I had to set alarms to take the supplements. I lost 14 lbs, my friend D lost 13lbs and her sister P lost 24lbs. We were left feeling cleansed, having more energy and great sleep. Loved the Cleanse Tea and taking the Charcoal every night. We have decided to do the cleanse every season to keep ourselves clean healthy and energized. *
