The Full Body Cleanse is easy to follow, recommend setting timer on cell phone for taking pills on time. Hardest thing about the cleanse was NO MEATS AND NO COOKED FOODS. In a few days your body will adapt to the no sugar. Use stevia ,its from a plant. I did have a time taking the bowel cleansing which is bottle 6 . It has senna in it. I was already on a daily regimen of senna before the cleanse I was experiencing too may watery like BMs so I stopped it. I did lose 10 pounds in the 1st week and I do feel like I have more energy.
