Hello, the Weight Release Formula was effective in curbing my appetite and my sweet tooth issues. I encouraged my daughter to also start using them and she likes them as well. I need to focus more on my eating patterns and what I am eating. Once I do this, I believe that I will see more weight loss. My loss so far has been 7 pounds, I am now on my second bottle. I also love that you take all 3 pills at once. *

For me, the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express did a good job of preparing my body for the 20 day weight release cleanse. My goal was to release 10 pounds in preparation for a special event wherein I had about 30 days before the event. Past experience with my using both the 20 day full body and 20 day weight release cleanses have been very effective and the express did not disappoint.
