For me, the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express did a good job of preparing my body for the 20 day weight release cleanse. My goal was to release 10 pounds in preparation for a special event wherein I had about 30 days before the event. Past experience with my using both the 20 day full body and 20 day weight release cleanses have been very effective and the express did not disappoint. The express cleanse is a great alternative especially when you are pinched for time. *

The Metabolism Booster was taken as part of the Weight Release Cleanse and it works. I took it after the gym and it assisted in releasing weight. I am generally exhausted after the gym, but after taking the Metabolism Booster it not only have me energy but according to the scale release weight. Great product. *

The Full Body Cleanse was actually very helpful in teaching me how to eat right foods and the importance of maintaining a healthy gut. I felt full from the daily regiment, so I didn't eat foods I normally would eat. I stuck with smoothies, salads and vegetables. I lost 13 pounds. Wish I had lost more but it was hard for me living in the South to find foods that was I could eat and be happy with without becoming a vegetarian. I like my fish, chicken and some meats. I have begun to eat plant base foods but I'm not all the way in yet. I wouldn't do the cleanse again until I get my mind focused. Thank- you for the herbs. I do miss the pills and the benefits of taking them. *
