This product seems to help with keeping my weight level. I used the product after using the Full Body Cleanse (lost 13 pounds), and in between the express cleanse ( which I will start after Thanksgiving). I gave this product a 3 stars because too many pills to take daily and recipes are not as easy as the site makes it seem. Some of them not very tasty and then you already spent your money on the items. I feel it worked somewhat because i did see a difference in my bathroom use. *
