Great product! When I first started the Full Body Cleanse I did have headaches and I was hungry the first three days. I lost a total of ten pounds. The next time I do this cleanse I will workout more than what I did this time. *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse with a friend for support and I am more than pleased with my results. I lost 14lbs. I didn't start seriously working out until my last week on the cleanse but I noticed a change in my body. My bowel movement were regular and people told me that my skin was brighter and face had slimmed down. I also was able to explore healthier recipes and foods that I never thought I would like. I had the cleanse since May and did not start until July because I wanted to make sure that I was mentally prepared to make these changes. I have recommended this cleanse to family and friends and I plan on doing it again because this is the best that my body has felt in a very long time. *

I have better focus, which is clearer definition. So Eye Formula did improve my vision. I recommend it. *

I decided to do the Full Body Cleanse with my Dad. Our weight was rapidly climbing and our eating habits were out of control. The Dherbs pills really helped us on the journey. We were both surprised by how quickly our cravings went away and we felt full. We were able to successfully stay on the raw vegan diet and found a new healthier way of eating. My Dad is a long distance truck driver so if he could stay on this program and make it work others could too. Coming on the end of our 20 day journey I've lost 15lbs and I'm so proud of my Dad for losing 40lbs! I've been able to cut my sugar addiction out, was able to wake up in the morning without dragging and didn't need caffeine to get me going. The diet makes a huge difference, but the pills really changed our overall wellness. We are re-upping with my Dad doing another 20 day cleanse and I'm going to start the weight release cleanse. The only thing that was difficult for me throughout the program was taking so many pills throughout the day. It got me to drink lots of water, but I had a hard time digesting so many pills at once. *

I used the Full Body Cleanse for the 20 days. It was challenging at first but it helped. I didn't loose much weight but it cleaned me out a lot. I gained energy and my skin got clearer. I would recommend the product but be ready to stick to a vegan diet. Prep your food is a plus. Drinking plenty of water is also good. Drinking ginger tea helped me also because I have stomach cramps. *

The Full Body Cleanse was hard to do only because I am a driver. *
