First, I have to say thanks to Steve Harvey for endorsing this product, I am an avid listener to his radio talk show and this is how I heard about this product. I was feeling very tired and lousy and I knew I needed something healthy to help me through this. I decided to use the Full Body Cleanse; I didn’t think I was capable to do the twenty day cleanse so I ordered the ten day. I have to confess the first two days were challenging, but by the third day I was fine. By day five I felt the difference in my body, I felt very energized and I didn’t feel hungry. At the end of the tenth day I lost ten pounds (I didn’t do this cleanse to lose weight) I have to find a healthy way to gain back those ten pounds. I am telling everyone about this, if you need to flush those toxins from your body or you need to lose some weight you HAVE to try this product. I haven’t eaten meat since I started this cleanse, and I don’t miss it. I made a pledge to myself I will do this cleanse twice a year after summer and after Christmas. The Full Body Cleanse works very well for me, I lost 6lbs after using the cleanse. I also lost 4 inches off my waist. I would recommend this product to anyone. *

This is my second time doing the Full Body Cleanse and I love it. I am on day 16 and, to me, the last week of the cleanse is the best! It's when I really start to see and feel results, my appetite has decreased significantly and I just feel good overall. I have a natural "high". To all that are having a hard time adjusting, I know it's hard, but it's mostly mental. I incorporated breathing exercises and meditation every morning and it really helped me to stay focused.
