I must say that the Full Body Cleanse kept me regular and it brightened my complexion. Although I only lost 10lbs, it was a good jump start for my weight loss goals. I would have provided a 5 but I was looking to lose more weight. The most noticeable thing was that it controlled my hot flashes. *

My breathing was fine, and I could move around with a lot more ease. And I was sleeping good. I was so happy with how I was feeling! I managed to finish the cleanse without cheating. In the end, I lost 27 lbs, I looked and felt Fabulous! I tried the Weight Release Formula after my cleanse as I saw many people suggesting it. I'm not sure that it really helped keep my weight off. However, I used it with my workout supplement regimen later in the year and along with my other supplements plus the clean-er (lol) food I was eating I do think that it was helpful :). *
