One thing that I noticed was that I had little to no trouble falling asleep and when I woke up in the morning I was not tired. I am a teacher so I had to set an alarm to remind me to take my pills. I bought the Female Hormonal and took it for a few weeks and I started to feel a difference. My suggestion is to buy 2 bottles so that you can continue taking it. *

I like the black soap a lot! It suds up well, is very smooth and leaves my skin super soft. I love the fact that it's not drying. The only reason I gave it four stars is because, in comparison to previously used black soap it didn't last me nearly as long and those bars were smaller and thinner. BUT I love the quality and feel of this soap so it's kind of give or take I guess. *
