The 10 Day Colon Cleanse is the best colon cleanse out there! Absolutely enjoyed this cleanse! Felt great! Even though I eat a plant based diet I still cleanse because life and death begins in the colon! This is a must have especially if you eat meat! I gave up meat when I was 16, 29 now, best choice I could have ever made in my life! Will be performing this cleanse again! Not sure if I lost anything, lol because I don't fret over how much I weigh like a lot of women sometimes, lol. Muscle adds weight too and that's what I have, it's all about being healthy.
