The Iron Formula takes a while to kick in, but if you're looking for a natural alternative, it will help. I also used organic Molasses, too, which is natural. I lost 10 lbs. doing the Full Body Cleanse. I feel great. The raw food was a little difficult because I have a hard time chewing food. It would be nice to have a list of foods for people in the same position as I am. I wish I could have lost more weight. But I would recommend the Dherbs cleanse to my friends. *
