After listening to Alfredas on the Russ Parr morning show, I thought this might be a good thing to try. I listened to her blog for 2 weeks, went online & read ALL of the reviews. Ordered the Full Body Cleanse and started while on vacation on 5/27. I thought it was gong to be a huge challenge and that I would be hungry, NOT! I had more energy, my skin looks great, no more headaches and I've lost 15 pounds and 4 inches, and completed my 3 weeks on 6/17 feeling the best I've felt in a long time.
