The ebook explains why we should cleanse and also provides a food combining chart that can be eaten while on the cleanse. The herbs are great for cleansing your system. I regularly used the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day instead of just once. I do feel like it does not help you to lose the weight it says. It says that you will lose 10 to 15 lbs. After about 2 weeks of using the herbs and following the diet (90%), I lost .5 lb. That was disheartening. This was my second time using the weight cleanse. My first time, I used them to simply ween myself off meat products and didn't follow the diet. I actually lost more weight doing that. I was eating processed fake meat products. Even without the weight loss, I still liked the regular elimination. Also, trying to follow the raw food diet helped me to regularly put vegetables into my regular routine again. *

The Jackrabbit Tea is fairly good! I got some satisfaction, but mostly delayed action instead of instant. So I think it's good if you know your metabolic absorption timing etc.. *

The diet ebook is great in detailing their recommendations on what to eat & what not to eat, but I didn't fully understand the "do not combine" list. I need explanations as to why certain fruits & vegetables shouldn't be combined. Why can't I put bits if apple with my salad? Can I have these fruits & vegetables in the same day, but not in the same sitting? For me, it was confusing. Why can I only eat whole fruits for breakfast? There's nothing wrong with berries! If I want to get other people on board, I need to be able to explain why. What's wrong with sushi? I'm like a 2 year old who needs to know why. *
