This ebook has helped me to change my diet and not only eat healthier but smarter. *

The herbs are great for cleansing your system. I regularly used the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day instead of just once. I do feel like it does not help you to lose the weight it says. It says that you will lose 10 to 15 lbs. After about 2 weeks of using the herbs and following the diet (90%), I lost .5 lb. That was disheartening. This was my second time using the weight cleanse. My first time, I used them to simply ween myself off meat products and didn't follow the diet. I actually lost more weight doing that. I was eating processed fake meat products. Even without the weight loss, I still liked the regular elimination. Also, trying to follow the raw food diet helped me to regularly put vegetables into my regular routine again. *

The Jackrabbit Tea is fairly good! I got some satisfaction, but mostly delayed action instead of instant. So I think it's good if you know your metabolic absorption timing etc.. *

The Full Body Cleanse worked okay. Didn't meet my expectations, as I didn't lose the weight I had hoped, even though I followed the instructions. Additionally, I felt there were too many pills. *

The product worked very well for my 12 year old. He really felt the soothing effects while using it. *

I don't know if it really works & I think it's too small for the price.... you may need a lot of them before you see any results. *
