I am on week 3 of the Anti-V Cleanse and I started this cleanse immediately after I came off the Full Body Cleanse. Honestly I didn't think I was going to be able to continue with the diet but after all these weeks I don't desire meat at all, not only do I feel better but now my bowels are super regular. I don't have the bad odor I used to with my bowels; the vaginal discharge has went away as well. I do eat cooked veggies and raw veggies. I only drink distilled water or Alkaline water from Whole Foods now; sometimes I will do veggie smoothies. I must admit I am shocked with the transformation my body is going through. I don't like having to take so many pills daily but after a while you get used to the routine I guess. *
