The Full Body Cleanse is a great product just like the Anti-V Cleanse, even though I didn't use it to lose weight it has given me more energy and stamina throughout the day!! *

The Full Body Cleanse was hard for the first few days but I survived. I actually ate something I wasn't supposed to but I picked back up the next day. I noticed a difference in my skin and I lost 5lbs, hey its a start!! I will definitely do this again. *

So on the first day of this cleanse, I weighed 154 lbs. I'll tell anyone that it was a challenge eating raw foods for an entire 10 days, to top it off, I had visited New York for 24 hours for my grandmother. As day 10 was finished I felt a whole lot more energized. I don't even need caffeine anymore. On the other hand though, it was a little annoying that almost as soon as I get off the cleanse, now I'm having respiratory issues. So I checked this morning about my weight, I LOST 6 lbs (148 lbs). This was a worthy cleanse and I definitely recommend it for those beginning their cleanses. In the future I will be either doing the respiratory cleanse or the Full Body Cleanse. Menstrual Cycle Tea is great! It took some time getting used to the taste (& scent) and figuring out which sweetener (agave, pure honey, stevia or truvia) I enjoyed best with the tea. But once I got that all figured out, I noticed much ease and natural flowing of my menstrual cycle. *

I have been taking the Woman's Choice going on two months now. I notice my monthly cycle is much lighter compared to taking the birth control from my OBGYN. The Full Body Cleanse was easier than I expected due in great part to the instruction booklet. It was a common sense approach to how to tackle the cleanse which I appreciate. I lost 10 pounds on the cleanse but most importantly I felt great. It has changed the way I view food in general. *
