The Full Body Cleanse worked okay. Didn't meet my expectations, as I didn't lose the weight I had hoped, even though I followed the instructions. Additionally, I felt there were too many pills. *

The diet ebook is great in detailing their recommendations on what to eat & what not to eat, but I didn't fully understand the "do not combine" list. I need explanations as to why certain fruits & vegetables shouldn't be combined. Why can't I put bits if apple with my salad? Can I have these fruits & vegetables in the same day, but not in the same sitting? For me, it was confusing. Why can I only eat whole fruits for breakfast? There's nothing wrong with berries! If I want to get other people on board, I need to be able to explain why. What's wrong with sushi? I'm like a 2 year old who needs to know why. *

The Soothing Tea is alright. It has a particularly strong smell and I don't like the fact that I have to add a little bit of Stevia sweetener to it. I prefer teas that taste good without any sweetener needed. However, it does assist in soothing the stomach. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse worked. However, I didn't expect the amount of pills and times that they needed to be taken to be so strict. I missed several days by forgetting pills at home. The diet was kind of difficult to follow but surprisingly, I was not hungry. I would like to try again to follow all of the steps completely. I think I will have a better opinion then. *

This menstrual tea helps during my menstrual cycle. I have really bad cramps. It helps to soothe the pain during my menstrual cycle. I would have given it a five if this was the only thing I had to take during that time of the month, but unfortunately I still have to take over the counter medication but not as much. *
