Even “whole foods for the mind” in the form of books, websites, and movie suggestions are addressed. The Hair & Scalp Oil is a good product. It helped naturally tame my itchy, dry scalp and the oil is not heavy like others. I will be ordering more and would recommend to others. *

On Monday, August 23 I completed my second 20-day Full Body Cleanse (FBC). This year as compared to last year, I didn't experience any detox symptoms, but I did spend a lot of time in the bathroom, which is very good. I've lost nine pounds and my clothes are loose on me, I feel clean and energetic, and my facial skin looks healthier.
