I have noticed the difference in my cycle with and without the Menstrual Cycle Formula. I have used one full bottle and was much calmer during my cycle and the period 2 weeks before it. This month I had my cycle without the formula, and was back to what I use to experience, horrible moods, anxiety and ill temperament. Needless to say I am ordering more! *

I had doubts about using Hair Skin Nails. However in the last three weeks of using this product I have noticed that my skin looks smoother, my nails grow very quickly and look healthier, and my hair has thickened. My reason for buying this product is because I damaged my hair with perms. My hair was thinned, weak, and broken off. I can tell of some hair growth... though it’s not an overnight process.
