While the Male Cleanse diet was similar to the FBC, the results were very different. Although I lost more weight, the men's detox was a different experience. Writing this review is difficult because the total effects are hard to explain; I guess because the Male Cleanse targets specifically male organs. It's been about a month since I've finished the Full Body Cleanse and I really feel the difference. Along with exercise and the 21 day detox I lost 12 pounds and I felt really good. I recommend this product because I noticed that I was eliminating 2-3 times a day as I should and I just had a feeling of renewed health. The only problem I had was I felt that my diet didn't have enough variety and after the first week I was going a little crazy trying to figure out what to eat and not eat.
