This is the second time ordering the Full Body Cleanse. The first time I sent it back because I was not ready to commit to regimine. I have to be honest, it was tough the first couple of days of the raw diet but after I fugured out what I could eat I soon realized it was a variety of raw diet recipes I could use to keep me focus on detoxing my body. While the Male Cleanse diet was similar to the FBC, the results were very different. Although I lost more weight, the men's detox was a different experience.
