I followed the instructions for 20 days and only lost 8 lbs. This program is very challenging and pricey. I had higher expectations. *

This bar was just okay for me. For some reason, the texture was a little oily/greasy, and it tasted kind of bland. It wasn't the nutty butter I was envisioning. To sweeten it a little, I chopped up some fresh cherries and ate it with it. With fruit, it tasted much better, especially mangos. If you can find your favorite fruit to pair along with this, it's really not too bad. Not one of my favorites, but I can still stand it. *

I completed the 10-day cleanse and have been really happy with some changes that have occurred. I had problems with my bowel movements prior to beginning the cleanse; since I started, there is a noticeable change. I really enjoy the Weight Release Tea, so I have reordered it. I plan to reorder the Full Body Cleanse soon; I do feel that I have more energy than before. *

Although Super Plus Raw Bar is a great way to get your daily green intake, the taste is not that great. It does help keep me full, and I love that they are packed with nutrients. I wish other stores could sell more healthier food bars like these. With everything being so processed, it's nice to see food items that are natural and pure. *

Did not appear to be as effective as the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 20.8 lbs on the Full Body but only 9 lbs on the weight release. *

Nothing special, but served its purpose. It kind of falls apart very easily when eating it. *
