I was down 10lbs only after completing the Full Body Cleanse. I was a little disappointed but to be honest I didn't exercise while doing it. Great products, I have used the 10 day and 20 day cleanses. I really do recommend them for a great feeling and energy - a must try. I lost 7 pounds on the 10 day fb express cleanse and 11 pounds on the 20 day cleanse. I will use quarterly bc there is no harsh bowel movements. The raw diet was the hardest part but I will do it again. Great product! *
