I thought the Full Body Cleanse would be difficult taking all the pills but it wasn't. I had beginning high blood pressure painful headaches and wanted to lose weight. I wanted to feel better. This cleanse has me feeling sooooooooo much better. My headaches are not as bad and not as frequent. My skin looks brighter and I feel great. My appetite decreased for bad foods and I fell back in love with smoothies. I also lost 12 pounds. It would have been more but that no cooked food was a bit tough.
