I would recommend the 20 day Full Body Cleanse to anyone. I was reluctant with this particular one because I felt it would be too challenging. It actually was not bad after you get past the first week. I got myself in a routine and was really motivated as I started to look and feel better. I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse, only challenge for me at times was taking the pills (30 pills a day), it's only because I hate taking pills lol. I fought through it. I noticed by day number 6 I felt lighter, less bloated, my tummy was going down, had more energy as well. I drank more water a day. My total weight loss was 8 lbs. I had 2 cheat meals lol.
