I used the Full Body Cleanse by Dherbs. It did everything it was supposed to and more. During my cleanse, I stretched out the capsules to 21 days and I lost a total of 11 pounds. Additionally, I have a history of very high cholesterol readings. After having my blood taken by two separate labs about 1 week apart, my vitamin/mineral levels were amazing. My energy is great and my cholesterol is now 201, which is just 2 points above the normal range (199).
